Performance claims should leave fingerprints.

Starting Index publishes the numbers that matter beside the metadata that explains when they were produced and what benchmark they were measured against.

Credibility layerA published profile family is easier to trust when the record is dated, benchmarked, and hard to quietly rewrite.

The site is fed by generated publication records rather than hand-edited performance claims. That means the public page, subscriber workspace, and API all point back to the same underlying artifacts.

01

Date it

Each publication cycle carries signal timing, release timing, and profile status so the record is anchored in time.

02

Benchmark it

Results are shown against SPY on the same dates. Current public artifacts identify the benchmark basis as SPY dividend- and split-adjusted return.

03

Verify it

Hashes and source metadata create a lightweight trail for checking what was published and when.

This changelog documents material production-path changes for the Live Platform Record. Entries are based on retained order plans, published artifacts, and recorded operator history. Future material transitions should be appended rather than rewritten.

The retained chronology shows the platform record evolving through documented research, validation, and implementation milestones. The initial allocation had no prior live record. Later changes show the live record that was already knowable at the time, alongside the retained research and order-plan artifacts that supported each production step. The June 30 Growth assignment is the most important transition to read carefully because it moved the original platform account to the most concentrated profile at the profile-family launch.

Initial sector-balanced production model

Platform Record

25 holdingsEqual weight
Rationale

Initial live implementation of the monthly S&P 500 momentum process using sector-balanced selection and equal target weights.

Decision basis

Research validation and implementation readiness. No live Starting Index performance existed at launch.

Live record known

No prior live platform daily return row exists before this transition.

Review

Starting Index operator. No second-party review recorded.

Timeline read

First production allocation. No prior live Starting Index performance existed before this step.

Evidence available at the time
  • Retained order plan confirms 25 target holdings at approximately 4% each.
  • The strategy history ledger identifies the initial live configuration as sector-weighted selection.
  • Initial research/backtest work supported launching a rules-based monthly momentum sleeve.

Reduced holdings count

Platform Record

20 holdingsEqual weight
Rationale

Moved from 25 holdings to a 20-stock production sleeve after additional research favored a more selective portfolio while retaining broad enough participation.

Decision basis

Research and operational review. The retained plan shows the implementation state. This changelog does not treat early live results as proof of the change.

Live record known

Through Apr 29, 2026: 12.04% platform return versus 3.48% SPY.

Review

Starting Index operator. No second-party review recorded.

Timeline read

The platform moved to a 20-holding equal-weight implementation after additional research and operational review. Early live performance existed by this point, including a March period that underperformed SPY, and the retained source record does not identify live performance as the selection basis.

Evidence available at the time
  • Retained order plan confirms 20 target holdings at approximately 5% each.
  • The change was made before the multi-profile Core/Balanced/Growth framework existed publicly.

Rank-weighted 20-stock sleeve

Core profile precursor

20 holdingsRank-linear, approximately 9.5% maximum target weight
Rationale

Adopted ranked weighting after additional validation indicated that higher-ranked names could carry more weight while keeping a 20-stock sleeve.

Decision basis

Research validation of ranked weighting and capped concentration. The production path had positive and negative live months by this point. Live performance was not the recorded selection criterion.

Live record known

Through May 29, 2026: 31.48% platform return versus 9.99% SPY.

Review

Starting Index operator. No second-party review recorded.

Timeline read

The platform moved to a rank-weighted 20-stock sleeve after dated May research and validation around rank weighting and rebound-guard logic. The live record by then included both positive and negative periods, and the retained change record describes the step as a method and configuration improvement.

Evidence available at the time
  • Retained order plan confirms 20 target holdings with descending rank-linear weights.
  • This configuration later became the public Core profile.

Platform account moved to Growth profile

Growth

5 holdingsEqual weight
Rationale

After the Core, Balanced, and Growth profile family was formalized, the original platform account was assigned to Growth while separate accounts began tracking the profile family.

Decision basis

Research validation of the profile family and a desire to preserve the original account as the ongoing Platform Record. Profile-specific live records begin with the July 2026 profile launch.

Live record known

Through Jun 29, 2026: 43.64% platform return versus 7.74% SPY.

Review

Starting Index operator. No second-party review recorded.

Timeline read

The platform account moved to Growth when the Core, Balanced, and Growth profile family launched. This happened before July profile-specific live tracking began and before July profile outcomes existed. Dated June 24 and June 30 research runs document the profile family before the July publication window.

Evidence available at the time
  • Retained core account order plan confirms 5 target holdings at 20% each.
  • Published current artifact records the multi-profile publication framework and source order-plan hash.
